Topic:  Continuous Availability for Critical SharePoint Environments

Name of speaker & organization:  Scott Spicuzzi, SE, Neverfail

As SharePoint environments grow in acceptance and become more mission critical, providing 24 X 7 availability becomes that much more important. However,  traditional replication or data protection techniques can no longer handle the requirement. Neverfail has changed the paradigm by ensuring the application, as well as the data and hardware are monitored for proper operation to ensure user stay connected to their applications, regardless of failure or failover location.

Bio: Scott Spicuzzi has been in the Data management, data protection, disaster recovery and business continuance arena for more than 30 years. Scott has worked for many companies in this market, including Epoch Systems, StrorageTek, StorageNetworks, Legato, InMage Systems and Marathon Technologies. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to any Continuous Availability/Disaster Recovery discussion and an in-depth understanding of BC/DR solution architecture.
