Speaker #1: Mark McGovern, Manager, Solutions at DocPoint

Mark will talk about the extended document management capabilities available in the new Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. These features support an organization's ability to manage documents and an individual user's ability to interact with documents. McGovern will then discuss how DocPoint Solutions can help your company implement these solutions with the best success and fewer service interruptions.

Mark will demonstrate how the Nintex Workflow solution enables organizations to build complex workflow processes quickly and easily using a web browser interface. McDermott's presentation will show how, when used in conjunction with an enterprise content management implementation, Workflow empowers users across the organization to automate business processes, review workflow activities and automate common SharePoint administrative tasks.

 Mark will show how to enable stable 24-hour uptime with data replication. Mueller will discuss the importance of moving mission-critical data in a distributed SharePoint environment and will demonstrate how the Syntergy Replicator tool can accomplish this task in an efficient, yet cost effective way. The Syntergy Replicator tool provides live server-to-server, bi-directional replication of content between sites, enabling organizations to overcome bandwidth challenges and latency issues while ensuring continuity of operations (COOP) in the event of server failure or maintenance.
